Booking Policy

If you're no longer able to make your chosen date, as long as you give us at least seven days notice we'll happily transfer your booking to another date, offer you a credit note to use on a future booking or give you a full refund. If you choose to cancel with less than seven days notice we won't be able to provide a refund but you can transfer your booking to another date. Unfortunately no refunds are available for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows. 

If we have to cancel your booking for any reason you can choose between transferring your booking to another date, receiving a gift card to use on a future booking or a full refund.
